NFX Labs provides web development, mobile app development, AI automation, and related digital services. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between NFX Labs and the client.
3. Payments
Pricing for services is outlined on our Pricing page or in a project-specific proposal. Payment terms, milestones, and refund conditions will be specified in the signed agreement for each project.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. NFX Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
5. Limitation of Liability
NFX Labs provides services on an 'as is' basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFX Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as outlined in the specific project agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
